History

The Olympic Village in Elstal source ↗

It was established in 2002 through a merger of the five villages: Buchow-Karpzow, Elstal, Hoppenrade, Priort, and Wustermark.34 Elstal was the host of the Olympic Village at the 1936 Summer Olympics in Berlin.5
