Tradipitant

Tradipitant, sold under the brand name Nereus, is a medication used as prevention of vomiting induced by motion. It is a neurokinin 1 receptor antagonist. It works by blocking substance P, a small signaling molecule. VLY-686 was purchased by Vanda Pharmaceuticals from Eli Lilly and Company in 2012.
