STK33

Serine/threonine kinase 33 is a protein that in humans is encoded by the STK33 gene. It is a member of the serine/threonine-specific protein kinase family of enzymes.

Serine/threonine kinase 33 is a protein that in humans is encoded by the STK33 gene. It is a member of the serine/threonine-specific protein kinase family of enzymes.

STK33 was identified as a synthetic lethal gene in KRAS-dependent cell lines.5

STK33 has been considered as a target for reversible male contraceptives and the inhibitor CDD-2807 has been tested successfully in mice.6
