The Pearson 28 is a recreational keelboat by Pearson Yachts in the United States from 1975 to 1982.¹²³⁴ The keel and interior were updated in 1982.⁵⁶ It was replaced in 1985 by the Pearson 28-2.⁷⁸²⁹¹⁰

Designed by William Shaw, the fiberglass hull has a balsa cored deck. It has an internally-mounted spade-type rudder.¹²³ The early version had an optional shoal draft keel.¹²³⁵¹¹ The boat has a hull speed of 6.56 kn (12.15 km/h).³¹¹¹²
