Marcus Jacolby Maxey (born February 2, 1983) is an American former professional football player who was a defensive back in the National Football League (NFL).1 He played college football for the Miami Hurricanes and was selected in the fifth round of the 2006 NFL draft.2 Maxey was waived by the Kansas City Chiefs earlier in the 2006 NFL season and spent a few weeks on the Chicago Bears' roster before returning to the Chiefs later that season. He was released by The Chiefs on August 23, 2007.3
