Macra is a village and comune (municipality) in the Province of Cuneo in the region of Piedmont in Italy, located about 80 kilometres (50 mi) southwest of Turin and about 35 kilometres (22 mi) northwest of Cuneo. It has 42 inhabitants.

Macra borders the municipalities of Celle di Macra, Marmora, Sampeyre, San Damiano Macra, and Stroppo.

As of 2026, the population is 42, of which 50% are male, and 50% are female. Minors make up 9.5% of the population, and seniors make up 40.5%.67
