Gemerek is a town in Sivas Province of Turkey. It is the seat of Gemerek District.2 Its population is 10,195 (2022).1 The mayor is Sezai Çelikten (Independent).
Climate
Gemerek has a dry-summer continental climate (Köppen: Dsb/Dsa),3 with hot, dry summers, nevertheless with cool nights, and cold, snowy winters.4
