Creeve contains 22 townlands: Assaun, Attiaghygrana, Ballyhollaghan, Ballysundrivan, Boherroe, Carrownamaddy, Cartron, Castletown, Corbally East, Corbally Middle, Corbally West, Corgarve, Creevolan, Erriblagh, Lecarrow, Lismageevoge, Martry, Moheedian, Portobello, Rathardeagher, Runnateggal / Ryefield, and Turlagh.3
