Christopher Basil Minto (born September 13, 2004) is a freestyle wrestler and graduated folkstyle wrestler who competes at 79 kilograms.

Folkstyle career

High school

Minto was a three-time NHSCA state champion at Mariner High School.1

College

In collegiate wrestling, Minto was a two–time NCAA Division I All–American for the University of Nebraska.2

Minto was awarded silver after losing the 174 lb. final of the 2026 Big Ten Wrestling Championships to Levi Haines by decision.3

He took silver at the 2026 NCAA Division I Wrestling Championships after losing in the 174 lb. final to Levi Haines by decision.2

Freestyle career

Minto is scheduled to compete at RAF 09 on May 30, 2026 against Jason Nolf.4

Personal life

His older brothers Basil Minto and Christian Minto both wrestled for the University of Northern Iowa.5
