In Turkish, the name is spelled as Eymen. Eymen was the second most popular given name for boys born in Turkey in 2015, 2016, 2017, 2018 and 2019.567

An early bearer of the name was Ayman ibn Ubayd, an early Muslim and companion of the Islamic prophet Muhammad.
