Proposed deletion of Jazz DSP

Notice
source ↗

The article Jazz DSP has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:

Tagged as Unreferenced for 9 years. No other language has a reliably sourced article from which to translate. The Hungarian language article has been redirected. This page has two spam links.

While all constructive contributions to Wikipedia are appreciated, pages may be deleted for any of several reasons.

You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{proposed deletion/dated}} notice, but please explain why in your edit summary or on the article's talk page.

Please consider improving the page to address the issues raised. Removing {{proposed deletion/dated}} will stop the proposed deletion process, but other deletion processes exist. Hi,

I've posted a COI-disclosed suggestion on the Talk:SystemC page regarding two free SystemC learning resources (article series + interactive studio).

Would appreciate a neutral editor's review.

Need help on Infobox integrated circuit

We have inboxes for "components", but that covers things like LEDs and resistors, and at the other end we have inboxes for CPUs and even backplanes and such, but nothing suitable for the 555 or POKEY, for instance. Can someone help me make a suitable infobox for these? Maury Markowitz (talk) 14:29, 14 May 2026 (UTC)Reply

What Maury doesn't mention is that this was first raised at Wikipedia talk:WikiProject Infoboxes#Template:Infobox integrated circuit. Also, if 555 is the same as 555 timer IC, it's already got an infobox. --Redrose64 🌹 (talk) 20:07, 14 May 2026 (UTC)Reply
Yes, but the infobox in 555 is the "electronic component" one, which is what I would like to improve upon. Maury Markowitz (talk) 20:15, 14 May 2026 (UTC)Reply
Before starting a template, it probably would be best to discuss and create a work page that for fields in this new template, such as: field name, description/purpose for each field, and examples for each field. This method would allow people to bring of concerns and/or issues that need to be resolved to make the template resonably useful. • SbmeirowTalk10:47, 23 May 2026 (UTC)Reply

New Image Request for Lee Byung-chul

Seeing how Lee Byung-chul is within the scope of this project, I was writing to see whether its members would be willing to upload a free, high-quality image of said figure for use on his Wikipedia page. Currently, the only images available for him there are of rather poor quality. Additionally, if said image were also free, it could likewise be used on the Lee family (Samsung) page which is also within this project's scope. Therefore, making a new image available for use would be a significant contribution towards at least two pages of interest to this project. Thank you for your consideration. Reviewer sought for Sanmina (electronics manufacturing services company)

For editors at this WikiProject, I'm a Sanmina Corporation employee here on Wikipedia on behalf of the company and I'm looking for anyone willing to help to review my requests aiming to fix up the Sanmina Wikipedia article. The article has outdated content and very few good quality sources, so I've started making some requests to help improve the article and add better sourcing. Because of my paid conflict of interest, I'm making requests and trying to take it slow with my proposals and I'd really appreciate it if a member of this WikiProject (or a Talk page watcher here) would look at the first request I've posted with some updates for the infobox. Thanks! DarrenPress Sanmina (talk) 17:40, 10 July 2026 (UTC)Reply
