Gourmand Cookbook Award

I came across this award reviewing a draft and it appears to be a notable award mentioned in several articles. Thought you might be interested in creating an article. See also es:Gourmand World Cookbook Awards. S0091 (talk) 16:09, 5 February 2024 (UTC)[reply]

Hm, it has an entry in 8 language wikis. Definitely seems worth investigating, thanks! Valereee (talk) 17:37, 6 February 2024 (UTC)[reply]
Hi, I've emailed Kowal2701 (talk) 18:02, 20 December 2025 (UTC)[reply]

Hi, there is a move review underway relevant to a discussion you were recently involved in. Link above. Thanks. Sirfurboy🏄 (talk) 19:48, 27 May 2026 (UTC)[reply]

An automated process has detected that when you recently edited Super El Niño events, a link pointing to the disambiguation page Displacement was added.

Re: El Nino

Yes, I think it makes sense to make a draft for the likely upcoming El Nino. There might only be predictions, but that will be useful for a future article. Do you know where to find ENSO forecasts, and how to set up a draft article? ♫ Hurricanehink (talk) 22:14, 28 May 2026 (UTC)[reply]

Hey, Hurricanehink! I've drafted hundreds of articles, but not in weather. If you can point me in the right directions, much appreciated! Valereee (talk) 22:23, 28 May 2026 (UTC)[reply]
And I'm bumbling around w/re finding ENSO forecasts, pointers also appreciated. :D Valereee (talk) 22:23, 28 May 2026 (UTC)[reply]
For background, maybe mention that 2026 started with neutral ENSO conditions, and what that means. @Jason Rees: anything you wanna add? Hurricanehink mobile (talk) 23:35, 28 May 2026 (UTC)[reply]
I think we need to take a couple of steps back and figure out how we present ENSO (ie: El Niño & La Niña) content best. Personally, I am not sure we need specific articles about ENSO events, since the impacts of the event manifest themselves through other means, such as droughts in Australia/Indonesia and increased/decreased tropical cyclone activity in various parts of the world. Jason Rees (talk) 22:23, 29 May 2026 (UTC)[reply]
That's a great point. Valereee, what about adding the info about ENSO conditions/forecasts for the year to Weather of 2026? Check out Weather_of_2021#Global_conditions. ♫ Hurricanehink (talk) 00:29, 30 May 2026 (UTC)[reply]

Hey there, I hoped you got my message. I saw you published 2026–2027 El Niño event, but I redirected it to Weather of 2026, where the same information can be found. ♫ Hurricanehink (talk) 17:53, 3 June 2026 (UTC)[reply]

I'd figured that was fine until we started filling out the rest of it, but it can wait until we do! Valereee (talk) 18:54, 3 June 2026 (UTC)[reply]
Thanks for putting the info in the Weather of 2026 article though, that's a good start! ♫ Hurricanehink (talk) 20:34, 3 June 2026 (UTC)[reply]
