Hi, I saw you mentioned in the change histories that "PM" in the wiki page for Accuracy International stands for both Precision Marksman and Precision Magazine per AI, and the latter is the one they prefer. Accuracy International uses Precision Magazine for their own references to the rifle on their store; while according to Ian McCollum (citing historian Steve Houghton and while using Houghton's personal original PM no less) it was designated as the Precision Marksman. Houghton himself never expanded on the acronym in any of his works on British sniping rifles, likely because the term was always ambiguously used both ways.⇒SWATJester ^{Shoot Blues, Tell VileRat!} 21:34, 14 July 2026 (UTC)Reply
