about expression of eigenvalue decomposition: when we write A=VDV', the D, eigenvalues, could be explained as a scalar; however, it actually is a set of numbers that forms a diagonal matrix. As AV=VD, and VD is not DV, writing the equation as AV=DV is simply wrong, isn't it? Csa slb (talk) 05:17, 23 January 2015 (UTC)Reply

Feedback
The reviewer, DoubleGrazing, left the following feedback:
This draft is not adequately supported by reliable sources. Wikipedia's verifiability policy requires that all content be supported by reliable sources.
  • Reliable sources include: reputable newspapers, magazines, academic journals, and books from respected publishers.
  • Unacceptable sources include: personal blogs, social media, predatory publishers, most tabloids, and websites where anyone can contribute.
Replace any unreliable sources with high-quality sources. If you cannot find a reliable source for the material, it should be removed.
Because so much of this is unreferenced, it begs the obvious question of where does this information come from, and is all of it based on summaries of published sources or does the draft contain original research or synthesis (which is not allowed)? Also, citations #4 and #10 are unclear. And you cannot cite Wikipedia as a source on Wikipedia.

Information icon Hello, I'm DoubleGrazing, and welcome to Wikipedia. I appreciate your contributions, but in one or more sections of Draft:Statistical properties of earthquake data, it appears that you added original research, which is against Wikipedia's policies. Original research refers to material—such as facts, allegations, ideas, and personal experiences—for which no reliable, published sources exist; it also encompasses combining published sources in a way to imply something that none of them explicitly say. Please be prepared to cite a reliable source for all of your contributions. You can have a look at the tutorial on citing sources. Thank you. DoubleGrazing (talk) 05:35, 24 April 2026 (UTC)Reply

Please fix sources 4 and 10. In addition you have links to Wikipedia and that is not allowed under WP:CIRCULAR - sources 8 and 9.
