@Nanominter Regarding Reducing Machine ... I stated on the talk page "Please do not add general purpose machines (CNC, etc.) that do not reduce a design from one physical original to a smaller physical copy." A CNC DOES NOT reduce a design from one physical original to a smaller physical copy. A CNC (computer numerical control), is the automated control of tools by means of a computer. That computer is digital, and as such it CAN make a smaller copy of an object, if the object has been digitized. It can also make whatever else it is programmed to do. But it, by itself, can not make a direct copy from one physical object to another, which is the sole purpose of the pantograph. I am not saying that you could not program a CNC to use a sensor probe to digitize an object, store the data, and then use the CNC to create a reduced sized object.
