Tsuivan (Mongolian: Цуйван) is a Mongolian handmade white butter noodle dish with meat and vegetables. It is one of Mongolia's most popular dishes.
Etymology
The word tsuivan derives from the Chinese 炒餅1 (chǎobǐng), literally "fried shredded pancake"
