Plaine (French pronunciation: [plɛn] ⓘ; German: Blen) is a commune in the Bas-Rhin department in Grand Est in northeastern France.3 Five hamlets belong to the commune (Diespach, Poutay, Champenay, Le Bambois and Devant Fouday).4
