Neive borders the following municipalities: Barbaresco, Castagnito, Castagnole delle Lanze, Coazzolo, Magliano Alfieri, Mango, Neviglie, and Treiso. It is one of I Borghi più belli d'Italia ("The most beautiful villages of Italy").3
