Julia Thacker is an American poet. She was awarded the Anthony Hecht prize.123
Life
She grew up in Dayton Ohio. She graduated from University of Iowa and Brown University.4 She taught at Tufts University, and Radcliffe Seminars . She was a fellow at the Fine Arts Work Center. 567
Her work has appeared in AGNI,8 North Amerian review,9 The New Republic,10 Poetry International, Bennington Review, The Massachusetts Review, and Gulf Coast.
