The Excise Permit Act 1832a (2 & 3 Will. 4. c. 16) was an act of the Parliament of the United Kingdom that consolidated enactments related to excise permits in the United Kingdom.1

Subsequent developments
The whole act, except section 12, was repealed by section 320(1) of, and part I of the twelfth schedule to, the Customs and Excise Act 1952 (15 & 16 Geo. 6 & 1 Eliz. 2. c. 44), which came into force on 1 January 1953.3
The whole act was repealed by section 1(1) of, and part IX of schedule 1 to, the Statute Law (Repeals) Act 1993, which came into force on 5 November 1993.4

- The citation of this act by this short title was authorised by section 1 of, and the first schedule to, the Short Titles Act 1896. Due to the repeal of those provisions it is now authorised by section 19(2) of the Interpretation Act 1978.
