Neumann/Smith is an architectural firm based in Southfield, Michigan in the United States.1 Established in 1968 by Sandy Rossen (1927–1984) and Kenneth Neumann (1939–2007), during the firm's more than fifty years it has designed various "Motor City" projects and won awards.2

History

In 1990 the firm was renamed Neumann Smith and Associates for Neumann and Joel Smith. It has a strategic partnership with Hannah & Associates Inc.3 (Beverly Hannah Jones's firm).

Legacy

The University of Michigan has a collection of Sandy Rossen's papers and photographs.4 Ken Neumann died in January 2007.5
