Cilobamine is a drug which acts as a norepinephrine-dopamine reuptake inhibitor (NDRI) and has stimulant and antidepressant effects.12
It can clearly be seen that the structure is based on dichloroisoprenaline that has been fused onto the bicycloalkane scaffold.
