Čab (Hungarian: Csabb) is a village and municipality in the Nitra District in western central Slovakia, in the Nitra Region.⁴

In historical records the village was first mentioned in 1326.

The municipality lies at an altitude of 152 metres (499 ft)³ and covers an area of 0.00 km² (0 sq mi) (2025).⁵

It has a population of 757 people (31 December 2025).⁷

In year 2021 was 775 people by ethnicity 765 as Slovak, 13 as Not found out, 2 as Czech, 2 as Hungarian, 2 as Croatian and 1 as Romanian.
