  3. Add the app version.Find it in the app’s About or Settings screen when available.

Case 01 · Reading

Reader by fcc.cc

News, public RSS feeds, a morning brief, widgets, and your own subscriptions.

Open RSS on the web

Try this first

  • Pull to refresh and confirm another website loads on the same connection.
  • If one feed fails, open a different feed; publishers sometimes move or pause their RSS address.
  • For subscriptions, stars, and read state, request a fresh six-digit email code and use the newest code only.
  • If a widget is stale, open Reader once, refresh Today, then return to the Home Screen.

Case 02 · Listening

notaplayer.net by fcc.cc

Music, podcasts, and live stations without ads or engagement tricks.

Open notaplayer.net

Try this first

  • If one station or episode will not play, try another item; the publisher’s stream may be temporarily offline.
  • Check the iPhone or iPad volume, audio route, Bluetooth connection, and Control Center playback state.
  • For saves, votes, subscriptions, and listening position, request a fresh six-digit email code.
  • For a transcript problem, include the episode title and the time where text stops matching the audio.

Case 03 · Forecasting

WeatherDog by fcc.cc

Forecasts, alerts, observations, maps, and widgets for a place you choose.

Open WeatherDog.net

Try this first

  • If location is unavailable, search for a city manually or review WeatherDog’s Location permission in Settings.
  • If units look wrong, choose Celsius or Fahrenheit in the app; an explicit choice stays fixed across places.
  • If a widget is stale, open WeatherDog, refresh the selected place, then return to the widget.
  • For a forecast mismatch, include the place name, observation time, and the specific card or source.

Case 04 · Playing

Sudoku · fcc.cc

A quiet puzzle tutor with notes, explanations, history, and optional account sync.

Open Sudoku on the web

Try this first

  • For an incorrect hint, include the puzzle, current grid, selected cell, and the hint text.
  • If a shared puzzle differs from your current game, use the app’s choice to keep the current board or open the shared one.
  • Check Notes mode before entering candidate digits and turn it off before placing a final answer.
  • If history or sync is missing, sign in with a fresh email code and keep the app open through the first reconciliation.

Case 05 · Community & safety

Commons by fcc.cc

Public and limited-audience posts, replies, reactions, follows, blocks, and mutes.

Open the Commons

Report, block, or mute in the app

  1. 01
    Report content or a profile.

Open its actions menu, choose Report, select the closest reason, and add useful context. A report goes to the first-party moderation queue; it does not remove content automatically.

  2. 02
    Block for a two-way boundary.

Open the person’s profile actions and choose Block. Muting only removes their posts from your feeds without notifying them.

  3. 03
Appeal or send a private safety report.

Use the moderation ticket below. Include the post or profile, date, what decision you are appealing, and an email if you want a reply. Do not repost harmful material in public.

Case 06 · Books & audio

fcc.cc Library

Classic books and volunteer audiobooks from attributed sources, plus saved titles and reading progress.

Open Library on the web

Try this first

  • If a title will not open, retry once and then try another edition; upstream catalog files can move.
  • For an audiobook order or chapter problem, include the book, release, chapter label, and playback position.
  • If cover art or a summary is missing, the book can still open; report the exact title so the metadata can be repaired.
  • Saved books and recent reading stay on the device; account actions affect shared FCC account data.

Case 07 · Rest

Sleep by fcc.cc

Offline soundscapes and orchestral programs with a timer and background playback.

Open Sleep on the web

Try this first

  • Check volume, the current audio route, Silent mode expectations, and Control Center playback.
  • If sound stops at the lock screen, reopen Sleep, start playback again, and note whether a call, alarm, Siri, or device change interrupted it.
  • Use stereo headphones for the intended binaural effect; the feature is for relaxation, not medical treatment.
  • Include the soundscape or orchestral program name and approximate time if you hear a loop seam or audio glitch.
